Should I try out dragon age origins?

I loved mass effect 1 and 2 and I'd like to know if dragon age is somewhat like ME? Do you do quests like mass effect? Nice storyline? Long Gameplay ? Would you recommend this game?Should I try out dragon age origins?
I would highly recommend you play it. I play Mass Effect too and I started playing Dragon Age and it was fun. Think of it as Mass Effect but instead of guns, spaceships, and the Reapers, it is more of swords, magic, and the Darkspawn. The storyline is pretty epic but the gameplay could do better. Yet I still got addicted to it because of how fun it was. There is no speech wheel like in Mass Effect, instead the dialouge is like Fallout 3 or Elder Scrolls: Oblivion (if you have played any of those games) but they fixed all this in Dragon Age 2 and its just like Mass Effect where you can import what you did in Dragon Age Origins to Dragon Age 2. Plus the creators were the same ones that created the Mass Effect series.Should I try out dragon age origins?
They are all great, all have over 40 hours of play, and all can be played different ways with new experiences. Mass effect is space, and dragon age is medieval like. Game play is almost identical except for some things of course. How you act changes the world on both. Dragon age I like more, and it is longer. TRY IT you will not regret, you can even buy the game. I play a lot of different games like assassins creed, dragon age, mass effect, halo, call of duty, oblivion, crysis 2, final fantasy, so I believe dragon age is one of the best titles!!!!Should I try out dragon age origins?
Origins was pretty good. On par with ME1 but no where near 2 for me. It was obviously released earlier but it had more of a focus on the story of the world and less on the characters. Story and gameplay are plenty long and worth it. I've also heard its much better gameplay wise on pc but it was fine for me on console.
