just cause 2 is a great game for those who love games like crack down and gta. Lots of free roaming, explosions, vehicles, upgrades, and a jaw dropping amount of exploration. I've spent way too much time playing this game and I'm still only 77% done, I am guessing I will be in the 40 hour range before I complete this game.
This game does come with a handful of glitches, most of which are fairly small and insignificant, but they usually can be corrected if you save and restart.

I've spend 100+ hours on various characters with Dragon Age Origins, +15 hours on Dragon Age 2 and +30 Hours on Fallout 3.
Personally I prefer Dragon Age Origins because of its replayerability. Closely followed by Fallout 3 because of its open world. I really hated Dragon Age 2 and it isnt even on the same standard as Dragon Age Origins.
I havent had any experience with JC2 or Saboteur.Just Cause 2 or Fallout 3 or Dragon Age Origins or Dragon Age 2 or The Saboteur?
Fallout 3 had a fairly good storyline, but it was tedious and boring, even with the dlc packs I felt like I was just going through the exact same thing over and over again.. you will experience the boredom if you but fallout 3, fallout new vegas has just a few new things, a slow motion camera effect when you kill someone, weapon modifications and factions, I would get away from the fallout series and go with any of the other games you listed, but preferably Just Cause 2.
jc2 is a really fun game but annoying at times its free roam jack cars jets and such bit boring after a while
the saboteur is some what same but lacks any real replayability
dragon age origins is a great game with multi story paths and endings i played it 6 times and still found stuff i missed
plus if you are using pc mod you can add mods from nexus site witch will add even more content

fall out 3 for pc is good just for the mods other than that it was rather boring for me but does have replayability mods come from nexus site

Fallout 3 is by far one of the most exciting and fun games I've played on xBox360 thus far. There is just so much you can do in this game, with so many different routes you can take in missions, overall story, and leveling up. Don't listen to those 1 star reviews (what an insult), they couldn't be more wrong about this one. I mean it when I say that you would have to hate fun to experience this game and give it anything less than what it deserves. A perfect *5*out*of*5*! Give it a shot, you won't regret it. Bethesda is doing a great job and I can't wait for Skyrim : )
Get Dragon Age Origins. Play it, and then by the end if you're wanting more, get Dragon Age 2. If you don't, then get Fallout 3.
Fallout 3 is the best out of those three choices. My second choice although would have to be Dragon Age
JUST CAUSE 2 IS THE BEST GAME THERE BY A MILLION!
