Dragon Age Origins or Dragon Age 2?

I believe Origins was a lot better but I'm just looking for opinions, what do you all think?Dragon Age Origins or Dragon Age 2?
I agree. The first was much better. The second game seemed to be dumbed down to gain a bigger player base.

Well I actually liked the 2nd one better. I felt like it had better characters with better background stories. The battle system in my opinion was so much smoother. After I beat it and started another play of Origins, the battle system just completely annoyed me.

The one thing about Origins that was much better was the length of the game. Also, in II, the environments being reused for different scenarios got on my nerves.

II also had a voice for Hawke which I adored. It just seemed like a better put together game.



Best of all, I think it opened so much up for a new game, like bringing Leliana, Morrigan, or someone else back, or someone new like Cassandra.
