Which is better, Dragon age origins or Bad company 2?

i like RPGs a lot but BC2 looks very interesting like the first battlefield, which one is better though?Which is better, Dragon age origins or Bad company 2?
You're comparing two popular and great games here. This will be tough.

Dragon Age: Origins:

The game was received positively by critics, with the average review scores being in the high eighties and low nineties. Dragon Age Origins won a range of awards from multiple sources, ranging from "Best RPG of the Year 2009" to "Best PC game of the Year 2009", and Gamespot named the game as being one of the best gifts to buy for the Christmas season of 2009.

I'm not sure if you want it for PC or Xbox 360 or PS3. However, The PC version of Dragon Age: Origins has received significant praise from critics. PC Gamer UK, which awarded Dragon Age: Origins a 94%, called it the "RPG of the decade". The PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game received an 8.4 from IGN AU and the PC version received a 9.2 from IGN UK.

Michael Lafferty of GameZone rated Dragon Age: Origins at 9.9/10 for the PC, stating, "The development team has done a sterling job of creating emotional content within the game鈥檚 atmosphere." The 360 version on the other hand received a 9.0/10.

The PlayStation 3 version "features higher-quality textures than those on the Xbox 360, better color saturation, smoother facial animations, and shorter load times," although "minor visual hiccups, like corpses that disappear and reappear, are a bit more common on the PS3."

DAO also has MANY awards. If you're going to get DAO, you're best getting it for PC. If you don't want it for PC, you're best getting it for Playstation 3. If you have neither, the xbox 360 will STILL do well.

The bad thing about DAO is that it is NOT multiplayer. Just SINGLE PLAYER.

Bad Company 2:

Battlefield: Bad Company 2 has received widespread praise; on Xbox 360 and PS3, it received a score of 8.9 out of 10 from IGN and an Editor's Choice Award from Erik Brudvig.

Game Informer magazine gave the game a 9.5 out of 10, praising the improvements made over the first Bad Company.

GameZone's Steven Hopper gave the game a 9.25/10, saying, "Even though the single-player campaign still isn't where it needs to be, Bad Company 2 is definitely a great sequel that builds on its predecessor in every way, making for one that no shooter fan will want to miss, especially if you go online for your gaming."

Gametrailers gave the game a score of 9.1/10, praising the multiplayer but criticizing the single-player campaign for predictable plot twists and a "straight-to-DVD" narrative.

GameSpy reviewer Anthony Gallegos gave the game 4.5 stars out of 5, describing the single-player campaign as "a blast" and concluding that "the staying power for BFBC2 lies in its multiplayer".

Dan Whitehead from EuroGamer reviewed the game and gave it a score of 9/10, describing Bad Company 2 as an "open challenge" to Activision's market leader Modern Warfare 2, and considering it to be the "superior game" when compared to it, with "immediately evident" improvements over the previous game in the series. Whitehead concluded that Bad Company 2 is "the online shooter at its most streamlined, most thoughtful, most exhilarating".

Although BC2 is very nice, it still does not beat the awards DAO has. It has GREAT multiplayer though. If you're going to get this game, you're best to get it for Playstation 3. Playstation 3 has the best graphics. If you are not going for the PS3, you're best getting it for Xbox 360, NOT PC. Why not PC? You may not have the correct system requirements.

Well, I'd say DAO. You said you like RPGS. Why hold back? DAO and BC2 are BOTH great games. They're almost at the same rating. However, DAO is the best choice for you.

Sorry for long post!
If you like RPGs a lot, go with Dragon Age it is a great game and Bad Company 2 is just like any other FPS but with destructive environments. Though if you like FPS's there is a demo of Bad Company on Xbox Live (If you are using the 360 of course) The only thing most people dont like about Dragon Age that i actually like is the auto attack system, the combat is like Knights of the Old Republic.Which is better, Dragon age origins or Bad company 2?
Speaking as someone whom is not a fan of Shooters (even if I play 'em), and isn't that fond of 3rd person views...

DA:O is better.

The campaign is supposed to be 30+ hours (compared to 6-7 for BF:BC2), has all kinds of DLC for it (official, and fan created).

The only drawback I can think of (even though I personally don't consider it a serious drawback) is the lack of Multi-Player support (although, last I checked, there were at least 3 hackers...er, fans...fiddling with the freely accessable tool kit to bring-in Multi-Player support). There is also over 200 HOURS of modules currently under development through fans and the publisher.

Good Luck!
are you looking for any rpg or a fun shooter?

i would still pick dragon age origions

its so free to do wateverWhich is better, Dragon age origins or Bad company 2?
