The laptop Luke linked to is very poor and doesn't meet the system requirements for Mass Effect 2.
I recommend you get a laptop with at least a decent dual core processor, a Geforce 9600 M GT or similar Ati card and 2 Gigs of RAM. Laptops are expensive so this could cost over $1000.
