Which of those two is best? And also what do you think would be better: splinter cell conviction, of red dead redemption?Bioshock 2 vs Dragon Age Origins?
I think DAO and Bioshock 2 are very different games. Bioshock 2 has atmosphere and ambiance while DAO has an awesome tactical component. I think bioshock 2 is a more fun game.Bioshock 2 vs Dragon Age Origins?
I've got DAO, and I can't say I'm too impressed. Tons of hours in gameplay, and there's obvious replay value - but I could only play through once before it got boring for me. Lol, want a copy for the 360? :p
And I've got Bioshock 2 reserved.. in another state, lol, so I can't get it yet. But according to my friends it's amazing. Buuuut I can't judge for myself, yet.
As for the upcoming ones, I'd say Red Dead Redemption, it looks more interesting.
I like Splinter Cell and all, but they all feel so alike to me, I can't hold interest on any of them for very long.. So I don't buy them anymore, just rent or borrow for a few days.

You can delete your game data and then disconnected from Live/PSN so the game can't patch. That's about all I can think of.bento pf changs menu

Dragon age origins 2 trailer?
http://www.joystiq.com/2010/08/17/dragon鈥?/a>
that weapon the guy uses in trailer i cant tell is that a greatsword a spear a staff or like a mix of all 3 from how he uses it what do you thinkDragon age origins 2 trailer?
In the trailer he is a "battlemage" similar to the first game in which you can use a similar class. It has not been confirmed if the main character starts as a battlemage however, it is a class that you can utilize as a specialization in the game.
But it looks like a halberd more than anything per the blade/spear thing.Dragon age origins 2 trailer?
Yeah it's some kind of a Staff Sword, hopefully it'll be usable because it looks awesome.

Should I get Mass Effect 2 or Dragon Age Origins? I like both styles, but give me your opinion.?
It is really up to your opioun. Dragon Age is for people who like to play Medievel Poleplaying games thats basicly involse no shooting but only controlling a group of people. Mass Effect more focused on sci-Fi, but is also focuses on your characvte commander Shepard and how he plays. You don't really get to play as the other characters. I like them both, but, if you like oblivion, play Dragon Age. If you like Halo Odst, but with a deeper story and the abilitie to talk AND have partners, play Mass Effect. I like ........................................鈥?I won't tell you. You decied.Should I get Mass Effect 2 or Dragon Age Origins? I like both styles, but give me your opinion.?

If you want more content for your money then Dragon age orgins. i heard it takes about 70 hours compared to mass effects 20-30.
But mass effect has a better story and not boringShould I get Mass Effect 2 or Dragon Age Origins? I like both styles, but give me your opinion.?
Dragon Age has much more side quests and missions to keep you occupied for longer.
DAO Its much better 60 hours without counting side quests plus DLC

Dragon Age: Origins or Fable 2?
I'm getting a new game for my 360 and wanted to know which one should I get? I only have $20, enough for Fable 2 but I could save up and wait until next month to get Dragon Age. Would it be worth it though? Sorry, if my question is hard to understand.Dragon Age: Origins or Fable 2?
dragon age rpg of the decade with more then like 200 hours of gameplay very fun very class
fable 2 is very short but very fun tho will only last u day like 7hours seorisly very short for a rpg i would go with dragon age it will last longer but fable is awsome get that next
Dragon Age: Origins. HANDS DOWN.
Fable 2 was a great game while it lasted, which wasn't very long. The game was incredibly easy due to the fact that you practically couldn't die, and there was autoaim. The game could be easily completed in 10hours. There were also 2 addons that were mediocre for content at best. Like I said, fun while it lasted; but it doesn't last very long.
Dragon Age on the other hand had me logging 50hours on my first playthrough, and over 65 each on my subsequent 2. I've played the game about 5 times complete, and of course once you know where everything is, the playtime will be reduced. Nonetheless, Dragon Age is highly immersive and will last you for a LOT longer than Fable 2. Definitely worth the 20bucks.Dragon Age: Origins or Fable 2?
Don't know what people are saying about Fable 2 being the best RPG and whatnot, but Fable 2 sucked compared to the first Fable, and I think Dragon Age Origins is better then Fable 2, it may be less open, but it's storyline was better, and so was it's battle system and it's leveling system, Dragon Age Origins is more entertaining then Fable 2.
I Have played both of them.
I enjoy playing Fable 2 more than Dragon age.
But This is what I always do when decided what game to get.
If I don't have another game to play when I want a couple new games I will get the cheaper one to give me something to do faster. Although if I do have something to play or do I will save up as I don't need the new game that much.
So basically if you are currently playing something that your enjoying then save your money and get dragon age: Origins but if not get Fable 2.
They are both great games in there own way.Dragon Age: Origins or Fable 2?
Fable II is a great RPG with good graphics, action and story. I haven't played Dragon Age, but it is probably like other Bioware games with lots of dialog, an interesting story, but unbalanced poor gameplay that is repetetive, too easy, with parts that are too hard. I would get Fable II. You could still get Dragon Age Origins later, if you save up for two months, or better yet, wait a year and get it used for half the price.
Since Dragon Age is a single player RPG, there is no urgency to get it quickly. I got burned paying extra for a collector's edition of Fallout 3 (over $70), then they charge extra for DLC,and now have a game of the year edition that includes the extra content for less than I paid for the collector's edition that doesn't. I have learned from this, never buy a game new in it's first year of release, unless you really want to get in on some online play when it is popular (e.g. Modern Warfare 2).
Fable 2 definitely, a great game.
Fable 2 is one of the best games I have ever played I say it's worth to go buy now but I have never played Dragon age either...sorry

Is buying Dragon Age Origins Awakening worth it ?
Is it wort buying and also, is it an expansion to Dragon Age Origins 1 or 2.Is buying Dragon Age Origins Awakening worth it ?
I have the just "Dragon Age Origins" for PS3, which is definitely worth it! So I'm guessing Awakening is just as good, if not better! I wouldn't suggest buying the expansions pack though. Is buying Dragon Age Origins Awakening worth it ?
I liked it. It adds another 15-20 hours of gameplay and has a decent plot. You character will also be crazy powerful by the end of it. By now you can probably find it for a good price. Dragon Age: Origins vs Fable 2?
Which game do you think is better? I personally hate Fable but I have played it. But I think Dragon Age: Origins is great. But it's made a little too much like a MMO.Dragon Age: Origins vs Fable 2?
If you hate fable, then get dragon age. Fable 2 is more of the same type of gameplay. Also, dragon age is epic in so many ways.Dragon Age: Origins vs Fable 2?
well first, your compairing apples to potatoes. they are 2 totally different games and deserved to be compaired to their own kind. fable 2 is like its made for a little kid, and dragon age is too nerdy.

Dragon age origins or mass effect 2 for pc?
idk which one to choose and they both seem pretty decent games.
plz tell me wich games is better and why and if i shuld get it on 360 or pcDragon age origins or mass effect 2 for pc?
Reasons to get Dragon Age Origins:
--%26gt; Feels like World of Warcraft without a subscription fee
--%26gt; Longer than Mass Effect 2
--%26gt; Different dialogue for each origin makes it great for replay value.
--%26gt; Looks and Plays the best on PC
Reasons to get Mass Effect 2:
--%26gt; Sci Fi shooter (Feels like Star Trek)
--%26gt; Amazing Weapons
--%26gt; Great characters
To be totally honest, you'd need to have played the first Mass Effect to get most of the story. There are significant improvements from the original game, but you won't understand much contextually if you missed out on it. Dragon Age has so much replay value I can't even begin to explain. I'm on my third playthrough and it feels almost like a totally different game.

Should I wait to play Dragon Age Origins?
I really want to play Dragon Age Origins, but it takes really long to beat, like over 50 hours. I want to beat the game without stopping before Christmas so I can import my save file for Dragon Age 2, but I have exams coming up, and don't want to be to preoccupied with Dragon Age Origins. What should I do? Should I play the game or wait until later?Should I wait to play Dragon Age Origins?

Wait until your exams are over. The graphics are stunning and the game itself is pretty good, there is a chance you might get hooked and seriously distracted from your studies.
When christmas holidays start, you can start playing the game.Should I wait to play Dragon Age Origins?
what do you want to import for? Dragon Age 2 is about a specific character, the path is set and so is the end but you just shape the journey, so I'm not sure what will actually import? Unless I'm mistaken it seems pointless to play it to import it, play it if you want to enjoy it : ) And concentrate on your exams the game will still be there after, good luck on your exams xxShould I wait to play Dragon Age Origins?
You should wait until marriage before you play Dragon Age Origins.
That being said, if you want to play that game, you're probably never going to get married/have a girlfriend anyways.

dont sell to eb games there just like gamestop kk just go to bestbuyWill EB Games or Best Buy give me more money when I trade in Assassin's Creed 2 and Dragon Age Origins?
Yes they will but you get so much taken off your game once you trade it in at EB Games/Gamestop, now I really don't know about Best Buy because I have never taken a game up there to sell, but yea you will least get 30 dollars or less back from gamestop EB when you trade your games in.Will EB Games or Best Buy give me more money when I trade in Assassin's Creed 2 and Dragon Age Origins?
You'll get a grand total of less than $10 for both games (I had 6 games and I was offered $14, and 3 of them were BRAND NEW $60 games)
Sell them on Craigslist, and if that fails, use Amazon...Will EB Games or Best Buy give me more money when I trade in Assassin's Creed 2 and Dragon Age Origins?
Why don't you ask them that? Call best buy and ask them what they offer then call EB and do the same thing.

I'm wondering if I should get dragon age or wait for bioshock 2. But is bioshock 2 gonna be worth it cause I would like to have an engaging multiplayer I just hope bioshock can provide that somewhat of call of dutyBioshock 2 or Dragon Age Origins?
Um. Get Dragon Age if you enjoyed games like NWN/2, Baldur's Gate/2, and similar ones like that.
It's difficult to compare them in my opinion, really. If you haven't played/dislike the above mentioned ones, just get Bioshock 2 when it comes out.Bioshock 2 or Dragon Age Origins?
Well from the reviews so far the multiplayer is average. But I would still get Bioshock 2 if I were you.Bioshock 2 or Dragon Age Origins?

Mafia 2 or Dragon Age Origins?
I'm looking for a new game I only buy used games to save money. Thoughts and recommendations.
I just beat Mass Effect 2 and I loved it I know Dragon Age is by the same ppl (Bioware) are they compareable...I also love sandbox games how is Mafia 2? Thanks!!Mafia 2 or Dragon Age Origins?
Dragon Age: Origins is a fantastic game. But it's not really like Mass Effect 2. It's more like Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords. Which was an AMAZING game. Also, DAO has a TON of DLC. Which includes new characters! So it takes a long time to get bored of it. I've beaten in three times and I'm still playing it through again. You'll never take the same path twice.
i think dragon age origins is a great game the way it is but if you buy the dlc for it you will add so much more playing time, you could be playing this game for a few months, depending on how you play the game.if you buy the dlc awakenings, this is almost a game by itself and i think one of the necessary dlc is the wardens keep.this gives you a chest to store all of your belongings in so your not trying to constantly make room in your inventory.you can play through this game as different hero's to get different endings or play as the same hero and do things differently and get different endings, either way you can play through this game at least 3-5 times without doing the same things over and over.hope this helps.have fun gaming.Mafia 2 or Dragon Age Origins?
get dragon age it is far better than mafia 2 and i have both games. Dragon age will keep you playing for an extremely long time and im pretty sure you would get bored of mafia 2 very quickly. Mafia 2 isn't a bad game but it is not as good as dragon age.
I like this one ps1 game.
Grand Theft Auto 2
Pros:
* Artificial intelligence is somewhat improved
* Controls are a little better than the original
Cons:
* Few gameplay improvements from the original
* Less than impressive graphics
* Gameplay suffers from slowdownMafia 2 or Dragon Age Origins?
I say get Dragon Age. I've beaten it for every race/class and it's still fun to play. If you're into rpgs get Dragon Age. Mafia 2 is similar to Grand Theft Auto.

Dragon Age Origins or Bioshock 2?
Basically I only have money for one video game on Xbox360 and I am debating between these two. Personal preference and feedback from the game would be great, thanks.Dragon Age Origins or Bioshock 2?
Well, Dragon Age is a great game. If you played Bioshock, you'll enjoy Bioshock 2, even though it doesn't quite stand up to the first one. You'll get more playtime out of Dragon Age, since it's really worth it to play it 2-3 times to see the different outcomes. I loved both games.
What justin said. Bioshock 2 was a let down for a lot of people since there wasn't anything really new from the first game other then playing the Big Daddy. Dragon Age however is probably the top 2 games I've ever played in my LIFE and I've played a lot of games. The game must of taken so damn long to make since there's so much variety in the game, like I mean there's dialogue for EVERY scene. The game is damn nearly flawless. The only problem with the game and a bit of a let down was the battle system. It's like a point and click basically (Like most free MMORPG's). Except It's still done much better. Like if you play a Rouge you can go behind the opponent and backstabs = more damage with the rouge. But do not let this put you off. I was about to quit the game because of this and only a few minutes in, I got completely addicted from the story line.
The other great thing about it, is every character has a different start/intro. Like if you're an Elf you can be a city Elf or one in the wild. And every class is different. So every time you start in this game It's extremely fun :D.Dragon Age Origins or Bioshock 2?
I recommend Dragon Age Origins, the reason i say this is because this game has caused me nothing but enjoyment. Bioshock 2 is a great game but if you played the first you will think it is a let down because it just seems to be made just for money, not enjoyment. The game mechanics are great but the story is sub-par.
Dragon Age Origins is a brand new story so you never know what is going to happen, yes some things are predictable but hey all games are right? If you liked mass effect you will like this game because it uses the same rpg elements, just with swords and spells instead of guns and bombs.
rating wise i think Bioshock should get a 7/10 (great mechanics but short story and really predictable a lot of questions unanswered and seems like in the game nobody cares like where did the big sisters come from)
Dragon Age Origins 9/10 (great story, very good mechanics not the best but once u learn the system you will be able to get your party members to do what you want, this game also does not feel as linear)
You really can't go wrong since both of those are great games. If you prefer RPG then Dragon Age Origins is what you want. IMO it will also give you more replayability since you can go through the game multiple times as different characters and see content you won't see your first time through.
If you prefer FPS and a faster paced game then get Bioshock 2.Dragon Age Origins or Bioshock 2?
I got a used dragon's age few days ago from gamestop and it sucks so bad. There is too much useless dialogues and the battle system is lame. I'm going to return it or exchange it for some other game. If I were you, I would go for bioshock2. Bioshock1 was amazing.
I recommend that you get BioShock 2
If you liked mass effect you will like this game because it uses the same rpg elements, just with swords and spells instead of guns and bombs.
rating wise i think Bioshock should get a 7/10 (great mechanics but short story and really predictable a lot of questions unanswered and seems like in the game nobody cares like where did the big sisters come from)
Dragon Age Origins 9/10 (great story, very good mechanics not the best but once u learn the system you will be able to get your party members to do what you want, this game also does not feel as linear)

im trading at gamestopIf i trade in bioshock dragon age origins rainbow six vegas 2 and far cry 2 how much will i get?
DON'T TRAD IT TO GAMESTOP! They will not give you near what your games are worth. I tried taking 3 games in about a month ago. One was less than a year old. They were going to give me $4.75 for all threee. Dragon Age will net you the most dough, but I wouldn't be surprised if they only gave you $15 for it. You can go to gamespot.com and check trade in values though. If i trade in bioshock dragon age origins rainbow six vegas 2 and far cry 2 how much will i get?

Dragon age origins or Dragon age 2?
Which one should i buy? I recently saw something about dragon age and thought, Cool! that looks badass! But as to witch one to get i don't know. I heard the first one was better yet Again i heard the second one was better. I can only buy one of them so can someone help me out? Thanks in advance.Dragon age origins or Dragon age 2?
Sir, I will say.... both. Unfortunately, if you don't have money for both right now, I suggest Origins, first. There is a lot in DA2, that requires knowing the cast of DAO. It's true, after I played DAO, then DA2, I loved the change in the look of spells, characters, scenery, etc... but if you enjoy the story behind the game (as I do) play the first one, first. If you just like to play 'just because', go with DA2. Simple enough.
Hope you have fun, whatever you choose.Dragon age origins or Dragon age 2?
you need to buy the first dragon age to know the second game
in dragon age 2 you gonna be asked stuff that you don't know
you don't know becuase you have not played the first one
dragon age is much longer and has a better story the only thing that combat system sucks balls
dragon age 2 combat system has been fixed hack and slash type but the story is shorter and less longer
but the good thing is the events happend in 1 g ame have effects on the second

i want to complete dragon age origins because i know dragon age awakening is coming out but i'm in the middle of modern warfare 2 and i'm 1st prestige 34 and if i stop my friends will get ahead of me i want to play a sword and board character playing with alistair oghren and morrigon how long any tips or builds? How long will it take me to complete dragon age origins?
It's fast if you don't take the time to really enjoy the game and finish sidequests which is one of the main reasons I enjoy that game but if you want to finish it that badly don't need to do any and follow the main quest line. You can finish it in probably 25 hours or less. I take my time with exploring. I'm almost done and have played for around 4 hrs!:))How long will it take me to complete dragon age origins?
if you play straight for the main story 10 to 12 hours... of gameplay... if you do all of the side quests a week or soHow long will it take me to complete dragon age origins?

Dragon Age: Origins or Just Cause 2?
I already have Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion and Assassin's Creed II, if that helps any.
I'm thinking that Dragon Age is already like Oblivion... and Just Cause 2 would add some variety and randomness to my small game collection. But, Dragon Age looks reaaalllyy good.
idk, what do you guys think?Dragon Age: Origins or Just Cause 2?
If you like Oblivion you'd probably really like Dragon Age: Origins its more RPG and it will take you tonnnsssssss of time to complete everything in the game. And Just Cause 2 is more of a short lived but fun game for just running around and killing **** but it does add a cool option of letting you zipline places. But to be honest I played the Just Cause 2 demo and xbox and it wasn't that fun.
I would advise playing the demo for JC2 and if you like it alot then get that game but if you don't or you're iffy then just go with Dragon Age because you'll get alot more mileage out of that game anyway. There's DLC out for it too anyway.Dragon Age: Origins or Just Cause 2?
personally i like just cause 2 better but if you liked oblivion uyou might like dragon age origins its not a fast pace game like oblivion and theres not as many quests and its not as fun as oblivion but thats just my opinion hope it helpsDragon Age: Origins or Just Cause 2?

Wait for dragon age 2, it comes out in March:
Dragon Age II is a single player role-playing game (RPG) for play on the Xbox 360. Additional game features include: the ability to choose your character's class and sex, a new cinematic in-game experience, a nonlinear narrative and the ability to import saved information from earlier Dragon Age games.
The Dragon Age II BioWare Signature Edition is only available before January 11, 2011 as an upgrade for pre-orders of the standard Dragon Age II game. This special edition contains loads of additional content, exclusives, and other perks. See the full list of content below.
About Dragon Age II
Embark on an all-new adventure spread across a ten-year span of years with an all-new hero in the multiple award-winning Dragon Age saga. In Dragon Age II you are Hawke, said to have been one of the few to survive the destruction of your homeland. Forced to fight for survival, you gathered the deadliest of allies, amassed fame and fortune and sealed your place in history, eventually becoming in effect a legend in your own time. But legends are all in the telling.

Dragon Age II utilizes a nonlinear narrative, taking the form of a story-within-a-story that hinges upon your exploits as told by the storyteller, Varick. Yet like any good storyteller, Varick tends to exaggerate from time to time. When questioned on events related to Hawke, Varick may present a different scenario in which Hawke's exploits play out. It is within these replays that the decisions of the players hold sway, as their particular versions of Hawke relive these events. Is the player's particular version of Hawke, male or female? A warrior, a rogue, or a mage? Is Hawke good-natured or something less than a salt-of-the-Earth type? Is romance in the air amongst characters he/she associates with? These choices are all the player's to make and each affect the the outcome of the story at all levels.
Game Features
Embark upon an all-new adventure that takes place across an entire decade and shapes itself around every decision you make
Determine your rise to power from a destitute refugee to the revered champion of the land
Think like a general and fight like a Spartan with dynamic new combat mechanics that put you right in the heart of battle whether you are a mage, rogue, or warrior
Go deeper into the world of Dragon Age with an entirely new cinematic experience that grabs hold of you from the beginning and never lets go
Discover a whole realm rendered in stunning detail with updated graphics and a new visual style

If you enjoyed mass effect 1 and 2 (which I did) do NOT get dragon age. I thought they would be similar but it's just poorly done, unfinished and far to linear for an rpg. go with little big planet 2.Trying to decide on little big planet 2 or dragon age origins which one?

Is there going to be a dragon age origins 2 or is there any talk of it?
While there is not talk of a #2, there are going to be numerous expansions released on top of the game. once the modding community starts pumping out more as well, then you can expect more. The modding tool that comes with the game has TONS of options for people into making their own adventure and im sure after awhile it will begin showing up more.Is there going to be a dragon age origins 2 or is there any talk of it?

Dragon Age Origins is better then Mass Effect and Fable 2. I have played the demo for Mass Effect, and I didn't like it one bit... or maybe it was Deep Space? Anyway, I'm sure I would like RPGs more then a FPS game. It's way better then Fable 2, because it really sucked, it was okay at first, but then it sucked, and I couldn't play it a third time, it was too boring. It's no where near as free as Oblivion, so Oblivion wins, it's the best Western RPG out there, except for the Morrowind of course. Well, to be honest, I enjoyed all of them. The only ones I can really view Dragon Age Origins better than would be Mass Effect and Fable 2. (Mass Effect 2 doesn't count!) Oblivion and Fallout 3 are in a sense, the same. Massive RPGs. Oblivion might be a bit higher than Fallout 3, but not by much. Dragon Age Origins fits right in there (possibly at the top, we'll see what the future holds)

Do you have to play the Dragon age expansions for origins to understand 2?
I was looking to play the dragon age series and i was just wondering if you can just play the first game to understand the second or if you need all the expansions. is there references to any of the expansions in dragon age 2?Do you have to play the Dragon age expansions for origins to understand 2?
I assume youre talking about Dragon Age Origins -Awakening.
Nope. You dont have to. There is a major character in Awakenings who will play a bigger role in Dragon Age 2, but you dont have to play Awakenings.
In fact, some people skipped Dragon Age Origins and still got the picture in Dragon Age 2Do you have to play the Dragon age expansions for origins to understand 2?
The 2nd one makes allot of comments and things like that, that reference to Origins and Origins explains allot more about the blight and darkspawn and stuff than the 2nd one. The expansions don't really tell you about the game's story line unless u get the Coriphius Expansion. It tells you a little more about Hawke's past I suppose. Other than that though....i suggest that if you want to understand Dragon Age: 2 better than you should play Dragon Age: Origins and get the expansion for that one called Awakening to really feel Dragon Age lol XP i hope i kinda help....or perhaps I'm just confusing you........lolDo you have to play the Dragon age expansions for origins to understand 2?
You don't need any of the DLC or the Awakening expansion to understand DA2. All you get in the game if you have them is a little bit of extra content, but nothing major. The Awakening expansion does give you some more insight in to a party member named Anders and his backstory though.

Dragon age origins or just cause 2?
which one in better and why?Dragon age origins or just cause 2?
I have both games
Dragon Age Origins is the best game I've ever played, I've never felt so connected to my created character than this game, it's such a great game, with great graphics, brilliant gameplay, and one of the best storylines ever. Awakening is also extremely good. Golems Of Amgarrak is good. Return to Ostagar, Warden's Keep and Stone Prisoner is worth buying (This is all DLC) but Witch Hunt is a Waste of Money (I won't give any spoilers)
Just Cause 2 is Very good, extremely good gameplay, good graphics, decent storyline, great for lovers of shooting, exploding things, stunts ect. But DA:O is possibly the best game I've ever played to date, but Dragon Age 2 is out on March 3rd 2011, but still Origins is worth itDragon age origins or just cause 2?
Dragon Age Origins, because you immerse yourself in the game. Chose your race (Elf, Human, Dwarf, Mage) which in turn chooses a beginning story, change your appearance and make choice that will effect others. Plus there is an expansion out and a sequel coming out.
Where as Just Cause 2, be some guy and go around shooting bad guys. Cause you have no say in who dies and who lives.cracker barrel locations game of thrones book

I have a character which i imported to Dragon Age Origins: Awakening.. I'm still in the early part of Awakening but I already want to import it to Dragon Age 2.. what happens if I do that? What will happen if I import an unfinished DA:O file to Dragon Age 2?
i really dont know but it either wont let you or it will and you can play it.What will happen if I import an unfinished DA:O file to Dragon Age 2?
well if you have not finished the game I am guessing it wont carry over. thats what happened when I tryed in Mass Effect.

Do you use anything from Dragon Age: Origins in Dragon Age 2? ?
Does anything crossover? Characters, experience, decisions? Anything? Basically, I dont know which of my characters are complete and which aren't, so I don't know which to crossover onto it if there is any of that (like from mass effect to mass effect 2)Do you use anything from Dragon Age: Origins in Dragon Age 2? ?
The import decisions that carry over are mainly just details. DA2 follows new characters in a different country and sometimes there are hints to the events of Origins. The biggest problem is that some choices from origins are considered canon. For instance, even if Leliana died in Origins she's alive in DA2. this makes the import feature quite pointless at times.Do you use anything from Dragon Age: Origins in Dragon Age 2? ?
You can crossover the choices you made from DAO 1 but it doesnt effect too much, just some slight political matters; like if alistar died or if he became king or somethin, i didnt play fully through DAO 1 but i met alistar because he was a king in DAO 2, but it was a chat it didnt really effect the game

What did you think of Dragon Age Origins?
So my brother asked me what I wanted for my birthday and I am really wanting an RPG. I'm leaning towards Dragon Age Origins, and then after playing that I might get Dragon Age 2. What did you think of Dragon Age Origins if you've played it? And should I get it or not? What did you think of Dragon Age Origins?
If you have enough time on your hands, definitely get the game. Between the multiple origin stories, the DLC's, and the multiple story choices you can make throughout the game, you rarely play the same game twice.
I suggest getting the game in the double pack with Awakening. You should definitely play Awakening after Origins but before DA 2.
As for what I think of Origins, it is in my top 5 all time Xbox games. What did you think of Dragon Age Origins?
If you like fantasy RPGs that are heavy on story and dialogue you will like the Dragon Age series. The games is massive, easily 50+ hours of gameplay. Each time you start another character you are sure to find something new. The game also reacts to your choices and there are dozens of possible endings. There are a couple of downsides though. Combat can feel slow and tedious at times. The inventory is also messy and awkward to deal with.

Is dragon age origins using Nvidia physx acceleration?
I have an Nvidia gt240 258.96 driver physx acceleration is set to recommended my processor is an Intel q6600 2.4ghz. And when I play dragon age origins in says on the upper left screen physx%26gt;cpu. I'm not sure exactly what this means, Does it mean DA:origins is using cpu but then again it says physx%26gt;cpu maybe the %26gt; means it's choosing Nvidia physx? Is dragon age origins using Nvidia physx acceleration?
Dragon Age supports Physx but only on the CPU. It doesn't support hardware acceleration from the graphics card.towing tangled dvd

Dragon Age Origins or Dragon Age 2?
I can only afford to get one of the two, and I can't decide which to get. It will be quite a few months before I will get the other one. I've heard good and bad about both, but I can't decide which I would prefer.
Which would you get if you could only have one?Dragon Age Origins or Dragon Age 2?
If it will be months before you get another one, get the first one. That way you'll be caught up on the storyline when you play the second.Dragon Age Origins or Dragon Age 2?
pick the first one
start up with a good fresh chronologicall start
that way you'll be able to get something really good out of the storyline

Dragon Age 2 or Dragon Age Origins or Borderlands or Fallout 3 or Fallout New Vegas?
Which TWO should I getDragon Age 2 or Dragon Age Origins or Borderlands or Fallout 3 or Fallout New Vegas?
I'd say Borderlands and Fallout 3. Owning all the games you wrote above, I found my preference to be towards those two. New Vegas has a certain something missing, and the Dragon Age games, for all that they are good storywise, tend to be very slow paced.
That said, have you considered Demon's Souls and Dark Souls? While they are extremely challenging, especially Dark Souls, and encourage online play (but can be completed fully offline), they also are incredibly satisfying and the game world works exactly as intended - it's meant to make you feel like the whole world wants to see you dead, and makes you want to survive just to spite it, so to speak.
Fallout 3 is my top choice out of those. It's an amazing game (one of the best I've ever played). It's so detailed, and it kind of manages to strike the perfect balance between serious and fun. Plus you get tons of hours of gameplay out of it. After that I'd say go with Fallout New Vegas. Borderlands is great too, but the storyline is a little thin compared to the Fallout games, and the world isn't as immense. Borderlands can also feel a little lonely single player.
I personally didn't care for the Dragon Age games. I love RPGs, I love fantasy, but something about those games felt tedious and dull to me.Dragon Age 2 or Dragon Age Origins or Borderlands or Fallout 3 or Fallout New Vegas?
Dragon Age:Origins and Fallout 3 is what i would say they're both massive and Dragon Age 2 is kinda pointless without playing Origins and while borderlands isn't bad it doesn't compare to Fallout and DA at all because a) they're awesome and b) they're massive especially Fallout 3 will keep u busy a while unless of course u don't have a lot of time and don't like Rpg's Borderlands and DA2 are the shortest on that list.
Fallout New Vegas is a great game and deal. I have been playing the game for about three weeks and like the last one, it has its glitches like the game freezing and characters that get stuck in the walls but unlike the previous version, I did not have to fork out $60 for it!! If you like the last Fallout, glitches and all, then you'll love this one at this great price.Dragon Age 2 or Dragon Age Origins or Borderlands or Fallout 3 or Fallout New Vegas?
Fallout 3 for wasteland, DA:O for medieval. Fallout 3 is much, much better than new vegas, and has a broader mod selection, and Dragon age Origins has more customization than DA2 (DA2 has none haha).
ive played all of them and i would highly suggest fallout 3. its my all time favorite game. i would then have to go for borderlands. this too is an epic game but doesn't have as good story line as fallout 3
i have modded both fallouts on pc and they are both great, but being fallout 3 is older then new vegas it has a much bigger and better mod selection. Fallout new vegas has less glitch tho.
Id say the two Fallouts as the storeyline and questing is better.
fallout 3 and dragon age origin. beasty games.

Should i get Dragon age: Origins or Mass effect 2?
Im thinking of getting a new game, but i cant decide between them, i have just finished Star Wars: Knights Of The Old Republic for the 3rd time and i was wanting a new game i can really get into, with lots of dialogue and game play, can you please explain your answer and give it out of 10?
Thanks =)Should i get Dragon age: Origins or Mass effect 2?
I try not to give "10's", so I'd give Dragon Age: Origins a 9 (it was pretty damn close to a 10). Mass Effect 2 would then have to be an 8 but would recommend you play the first game of the series (Mass Effect) to know what is going on.
Why Dragon Age: Origins over Mass Effect 2:
1) More weapon / armor choices.
2) More skill / spell options to customize your character.
3) You can be a human, elf, dwarf (can only be Commander Shepard - Human in Mass Effect 2).
4) There are multiple starting storylines depending on your race / class combination that eventually takes you to the main story arc (shows how you end up joining the Wardens). Dialog options in the game change based upon your class / race.
5) Outside of the Star War's Universe (Love me some Jedi / Lightsabers), I prefer the traditional medieval fantasy.
6) I prefer the magic in Dragon Age over the biotics in Mass Effect 2 (especially since there is a lot more options).
7) There were more Holy Crap! moments in Dragon Age: Origins.
8) Dragon Age: Orgins has a more darker feel to it and definately has more blood / gore.
9) I liked the storyline better in Dragon Age.Should i get Dragon age: Origins or Mass effect 2?
i hear mass effect is good but imo dragon age is better

Mass effect 2 or dragon age origins?
i saw these 2 games on psn for cheap $20.
soo which one is better?
which one is more free roam like? so you kno like f*ck around and do what ever you want.Mass effect 2 or dragon age origins?
Neither of them are really free roaming. There's not much to do for fun.
If you're looking for a game for dicking around like grand theft auto I wouldn't recommend either of those games.
Judging them by their own standards, they're both pretty crappy but mass effect 2 is less crappy.
Oh, that's a tough one. Both are excellent games with excellent stories and characters ... but if I had to choose one for replayability, I'd go with Dragon's Age Origins (The Game of the Year Edition will have all the DLC, by the way, and shouldn't be that much more expensive at this point). Playing as a warrior is a completely different experience as a mage, and much more effort seemed to go into integrating the class and race of your character into the story in a more or less seamless way. There are more abilities, which means you'll be able to customize your character to a much greater level. As for exploration, they're both pretty much the same. Mass Effect 2 may look as though it has more to explore, but most of the planets you'll run into are just there for mining. Honestly, both games are great, but if I had to recommend just one, I'd have to give it to Dragon Age Origins.Mass effect 2 or dragon age origins?
although both of the games are not free roam types, mass effect 2 is better hands down and should be a must-buy regardless. it is the best rpg of its time and one of the greatest ever.
evidence:
1. mass effect series is so good that bioware (company that created both mass effect and dragon age) rates mass effect 2 as its greatest game before mass effect 3 which will be even better.
2. IGN, worldwide recognised rates mass effect 2 NUMBER 1 on the list of best modern games, dragon age sits at a pathetic 89 out of 100.
3. mass effect received over 70 perfect scores from a variety of different game reviewers.
Both are pretty amazing games. But I suggest getting Dragon Age: Origins since it definitely has a lot more things you can do (e.g. picking out of 3 different races you want your character to be instead of only having the option to be human in Mass Effect 2). Neither of them are really free roam and you can't randomly kill people like you can in games like GTA or Fallout. But they're still really enjoyable.Mass effect 2 or dragon age origins?

Whats new for dragon age (origins, awakening, 2 and possibly 3?)?
So I just beat dragon age 2 and it was epically awesome! But here is my new question, and I believe I speak for others when i ask this: But whats the deal with the cliff hanger at the end of 2? I mean Liliana being there? It was a cliff hanger right? And is there any news of an expansion pack or dragon age 3? lol I'm probably asking this to early but, hey, I'm impatient.Whats new for dragon age (origins, awakening, 2 and possibly 3?)?
Bioware is rumored to have downloads coming out for after DA2, but they are a little busy with Mass Effect 3 at the moment. As for Leliana, she was tracking down the Warden from DAO, yet he/she has disappeared as well, so it is strange that both the Champion and the Warden disappear at roughly the same time, when so much is going on the world. Perhaps this is a bit of foreshadowing that they will be working together, or will a third hero join the fight to stop (or maybe even forward) the war resulting from the Chanty falling apart.Whats new for dragon age (origins, awakening, 2 and possibly 3?)?
Yes, this was an amazing sequel, despite some flaws, and bugs! Unfortunately though there were plans for more meaty and story-driven dlc, none beyond The Exiled Prince, and the release day dlc items were released or announced. Tune in to E3 which may announce some stuff.
Or keep checking out the lead dev, Mike Laidlaw's facebook page:

There will be DLC and maybe an expansion that will hopefully clear some things up. I predict that the first story DLC will probalby be announced sometime this summer. There will also very likely be a DA3, I just hope they take their time with it and don't rush like they did with 2.
sorry i wish i could help you but i only got as far as killing the qunari leader

Can you import character from dragon age 2 and use him on dragon age origins ultimate edition?
No.
Just like how in Origins: UE, you can't import an Awakening character into Origins.

Dragon Age Origins or Dragon Age 2?
I believe Origins was a lot better but I'm just looking for opinions, what do you all think?Dragon Age Origins or Dragon Age 2?
I agree. The first was much better. The second game seemed to be dumbed down to gain a bigger player base.
I enjoyed both games, but overall i preferred Origins and its expansion.Dragon Age Origins or Dragon Age 2?
Well I actually liked the 2nd one better. I felt like it had better characters with better background stories. The battle system in my opinion was so much smoother. After I beat it and started another play of Origins, the battle system just completely annoyed me.
The one thing about Origins that was much better was the length of the game. Also, in II, the environments being reused for different scenarios got on my nerves.
II also had a voice for Hawke which I adored. It just seemed like a better put together game.
Best of all, I think it opened so much up for a new game, like bringing Leliana, Morrigan, or someone else back, or someone new like Cassandra.
That is just what I think!

Assassins Creed 2 or Dragon Age Origins?
I want to get one of these 2 games n i dont know which is better! Pls awser only if u have both becouse i know alot more people have assassins creed n will automatically answer and be like ASSASSINS CREED. I use the xbox 360.Assassins Creed 2 or Dragon Age Origins?
Well, if you have Assassins Creed 1 already
then I think you can hold off Assassins Creed 2
((Which is really good by the way))
I say you should pick Dragon Age Origins.
Its an amazing RPG with a great storyline and nice graphics.
(:
Later you should try for Assassins Creed 2.
They are both really good thoughAssassins Creed 2 or Dragon Age Origins?
I would get Dragon Age: Origins. Assassins Creed is really good and maybe better than Dragon Age. But theres not much replayability. Once you beat the campaign there isnt much else to do, other than do it over again. In Dragon Age it takes a REALLY long time to get to the max level, and there are a lot of side quests plus a really long main quest. Even better, there are a bunch of different origin stories. This means that every time you pick a different race and class, the WHOLE story changes and so do quests. This really makes u want to play all the different characters. The reason I think DA is better than AC is cause, Dragon Age will keep you entertained for a year or more, Assassins Creed...maybe a couple of months.Assassins Creed 2 or Dragon Age Origins?
It depends on how many games you buy and how much time you can devote to a single game. DAO is a minimum 60 hours to beat with only a single playthrough and no side quests. Most games average 100 hours per playthrough with sidequests. Also there are multiple paths and several origins. If you only play the origins once each to see them and choose a polar opposite morality playthrough a second time the game can be 220 hours. If played seriously for character and story the game can last over 600 hours.
AC2 is an improvement over the original and is alot of fun. I however see no reason for multiple playthroughs so figure it'll be maybe 30 hours of gametime total.
If you eventually plan on getting both I recommend DAO first. For new games you are supposed to get some free DLC. I got the CE version so got all dlc free at launch but I think all new versions are supposed to have one dlc for free. The stonewarden I believe it was.
I got Dragon Age before I got Assassin's Creed 2. I grew tired of Dragon Age after about five hours game-play, that is WHY I got Assassin's Creed 2.
Like many RPGs, Dragon Age just does not have the playability to keep a gamer entertained for hours on end.
Assassin's Creed 2 all the way!

Im getting assassins creed 2 for sure but should i get halo 3 odst, resident evil 5, or dragon age origins?
im better at third person games but im improving tremendously on first person.Im getting assassins creed 2 for sure but should i get halo 3 odst, resident evil 5, or dragon age origins?
Ok let's see what we have got.
1-Assassin's Creed II:i am a PC gamer %26amp; AC II is not yet released for us,but from trailers i have seen i can say this could the best game of the year 2010 for PC.my score:9.8/10
2-Resident Evil 5 for sure is the best game ever released %26amp; there is no doubt in it,I BET YOU.(except assassin's creed II)you can not believe the graphics( Dynamics,Textures,Modeling )-Shooting-gameplay-Sounds Remix...it is just like an animation running on your system when you are playing it,IT IS STUNNING,I BET YOU.my score:9.9999/10
3-Dragon Origins:if you want to buy a game you should watch many trailers from sites like IGN or Gamespot or...as i have watched many trailers i decided not to buy this one Demos are Brilliant but real time gameplay is disastrous.my score:7/10
%26amp; as i said i am a PC gamer so i rather not to talk about XBOX 360 games though i know them as well as PC games.
just one thing:Halo is not that much that can be compared with RE5 %26amp; never could be.

Halo 3 odst definelty. Best game ever i have and its greatIm getting assassins creed 2 for sure but should i get halo 3 odst, resident evil 5, or dragon age origins?
halo 3 odst is a good game but it gets boring after a bit if u don't have live or no one else to play it with, i haven't played resident evil 5 but some of my mates say its an alright game, i would go for dragon age origins, i looks really good.
There's no point getting ODST if you have halo 3 already, but if you don't, its pretty good and it contains the entirety of Halo 3's multiplayer. Resident evil 5 wasn't bad, and dragon age origins is pretty good. If you like fantasy RPG's, get Origins. If you don't have Halo 3, and you have xbox live, get ODST. Resident Evil 4 is way better than 5 and you can get that cheap on PC!Im getting assassins creed 2 for sure but should i get halo 3 odst, resident evil 5, or dragon age origins?
depends, RE5 is short but real action packed. great game, but not like the other RE's ODST is amazing for 1 reason, firefight. beyond that it is not worth 60$, havent played dragon age origins, but from the reviews it seems like a longer, deeper game than either of the 2 mentioned above. based on the fact that you already decided on getting assassins creed 2, dragon age origins would be my suggestion, as it will give you more hours of interesting and gameplay...but ODST's firefight is very nice. RE5 is good for a few days worth of fast paced action.
First off. DON'T get Assassin's Creed 2. It is terrible. Exactly like the first one: Monotonous. Get Halo 3: ODST and RE5. I've never played Dragon Age Origins but it might be good.
Ok dont get halo odst. It is horrible the story line is short and the same as the other halos. They should have come out with halo 3 and an add on for halo 3 called firefight like in odst. As for resident evil 5 i reccomend it. it is a good game and is very scary if your into that kind of thing. I surely think assasins creed is the ****. u should get it it kicks hippy ***.
I own all 3 of those games. I hated ODST because the campaign was very short about 6-7 hours and was very dull. Firefight was okay but got boring rather quickly. RE 5 was okay but it seemed too slow paced for me. Dragon Age was fun but it gets monotonous after about 2 playthroughs. And it is not as varied as people think the only part that is unique to the character is the origin story which is only about 45mins - 1 hr and then after that its the same story line for every character. I would have to go with Dragon Age.
I like RE5, not a huge halo fan, dragon games are retarded, and assassins creed is boring. so get Resident Evil 5, its third person, has craploads of customizable guns and co-op is pretty fun online. give it a shot!
Well all I can say is that if you liked RE4 then you will likley really like RE5. However, if you are a fan of all of the games then this one will probably piss you off a taste.
dont listen to nos he's a jack@$$ ... anyway if you have halo 3 then dont get ODST... actually i wouldnt get ODST anyway but i stopped liking halo. So if you love halo ODST might be for you since it has ALL maps for halo 3 ( including the dlc ones ) and firefight. Re5 is a rental... period.
Havent played origins, but it looks really good from what i've seen and i know theres about ( or up to ) 60+ hours on the campaign....for one character. And since each character has a diff story and stuff well new play through each time.
For me Assassins Creed 2 is the best game out of those 4 so that is a good choice.
If you are going to buy two games then I'd pick up Modern Warfare 2 or Left 4 Dead 2 as the second one (both first person, both great if you have live).
Out of the ones you mentioned Dragon Age is a good game and you'll get alot of play out of it.
Halo ODST is a great game but it's not as good as Halo 3 was or Halo Reach will be (if you don't have 3 already then I'd get it because it comes with more multiplayer).
If you want a horror game I wouldn't get Resident Evil 5, I would either get Resident Evil 4, Dead Space or maybe Gears of War 2(not as much horror but a better shooter).
Ok let's see what we have got.

Which do you prefer? Dragon Age: Origins or Dragon Age 2?
I like Dragon Age: Origins a little bit more. There you seem to have more choices. In Origins you can chose your race and the robes and armor for your party members. Even though the characters fighting skill have improved in DA2 I still prefer DA:O.Which do you prefer? Dragon Age: Origins or Dragon Age 2?
Origins for sure, i think DA2 sucked.... its just a hack and slash....

Can you redeem a code on Dragon Age Origins for Dragon Age 2 DLC?
any dlc that is for Dragon age origins is for that game not Dragon age 2 and vis versa(if u have a code for the isaac armor id love it ^_^)
Should i get left 4 dead 2, aliens vs predator, dragon age origins, .........?
I have $30 and want to get a quck game ( don't say anything about black ops or fable 3 i pre odered those) I was thinking between these games Assassins Creed 2, left for dead 2, dragon age origins , aliens vs predator. I really like dragon age origins but have a big problem with the game ending and not being able to still play unless dlc. Tell me why i should get the game you chose.Should i get left 4 dead 2, aliens vs predator, dragon age origins, .........?
Left 4 Dead 2 has pretty limited content on console versions. The fact that you cannot play custom community made maps and have to pay for dlc's well... sucks. But you might still get plenty of enjoyment out of the game. I'd recommend playing with a group of friends for the most amount of fun.
I've never played AvP so I can't speak for it. It doesn't seem to be doing too well on metacritic, but I'm sure it might still be fun.
Assassins Creed is a solid single player choice for a game. It's a good one, and pretty lengthy, and as with any usual sandbox, a ton of things to do with lots of distractions. I'm sure it'd make a good addition to your library.
Dragon Age is an excellent RPG. It's even longer than the rest of the games too. If you love RPG's (and any other RPG that Bioware has released) Then you'll love Dragon Age. There's handfuls of DLC's but they're not really that important. The main story is the most important of all, and there's also the large Awakening expansion for Dragon Age. If you give this game a chance, you might find yourself wanting more and getting Awakening. You might even want more than that and get some of the DLC's too! Although I agree with what kurf said. Console versions of Dragon Age don't match up against the PC version. I'm sure you'd still like it on a console. But this game is really at it's best on PC.
Assassins Creed 2 is a good game but you need to play the first one to really get into Desmond character to understand it otherwise you'll be scratching your head when the game starts.
Left for Dead 2 is more of a shoot em up game rather than a horror survival (its like Resident Evil without the umbrella). -I prefer Dead Rising 2 for some reason
Dragon Age Origins is much more fun playing in PC as there is bunch of mods by the community playing it which makes the game more real like
Aliens vs Predator is a nice shooter game(bunch of aliens and predators nothing to say about it lol)
So, if you got a pc then play Dragon Age
IF you got Assassins Creed 1 then get 2
The other two is kinda on the fenceShould i get left 4 dead 2, aliens vs predator, dragon age origins, .........?
Well if I were you I would not get Left for Dead 2, because i have both 1+2 and from my perspective LFD2 is the gayest game. it was a waste, and the first game was the best. The graphics really don't vary from the first to the second, and rumors are that there is a third installment in the LFD series. oh, and the game you should get is Mass Effect, now don't judge to quickly, I hated this game when my friend would always play it, but once I got it, Its was so...whats the word I'm looking for...Next generation? But yes I've beat the first one like 5 times and now I bought the second one that just-released...Im surprised it only costed me $17 at Gamestop. plz take my word on it. Mass Effect is the best. Its like if Halo and Star wars Had a next gen baby.
Left 4 Dead 2 is really fun, especially if you like co-op/multiplayer.
If you're a single player person, Assassin's Creed 2 is amazing. It has a really cool story and the graphics/game play are nearly flawless. I would recommend this game to anyone.Should i get left 4 dead 2, aliens vs predator, dragon age origins, .........?
Most def left 4 dead 2 best survivor game i've ever played great dlc and online is explosive with great headset communication assassins creed and predator can wait
Left for dead 2. its a pretty great shooter, and their is so much carnage as you rip through the hordes of zombies... glad to help! :)
Left for dead #2 , fun game I own the others and this is better.window tinting raclette

Assassin's Creed 2 or Dragon Age: Origins?
Hey, basically Gamestop is doing this whole discount thing where if you trade in two titles on this list they have, you can get a brand new one for $20. I'm going to trade in Call of Duty: World at War and Fallout 3. What I want to know is, should I get Assasins Creed 2 or Dragon Age: Origins? Im mainly looking for opinions from someone who has played both, but you can submit well informed responses too, thank you for your help!Assassin's Creed 2 or Dragon Age: Origins?
get assasins creed 2 ive played both and assassins creed is much better
Wow, that sucks - here in the UK, if we trade in 2 top titles, we'll get a brand new one for æ‹¢5 ($8.41). I've got Dragon Age on PC, it can be difficult to get totally involved in, but it's very rewarding if you put the time in. On the other hand, Assassin's Creed 2 is one of the most anticipated games of the last few years, buildingg on an incredible first title.
I'd say get Assassin's Creed 2, but trading Fallout 3 into the store is BAD MR KITTY!Assassin's Creed 2 or Dragon Age: Origins?
I would go with Dragon Age: Origins. Being an RPG it has more replay value, and if you want AC2 you can wait for the price to drop while replaying Dragon Age. I haven't finished AC2 yet but it seems similar to the first. Fun the first time you play it through but thats it.
You have to be a crackhead if you give away COD:WAW %26amp; Fallout 3. Just to give you heads up, Dragon Age is "400 hrs of game play". If I was you, I would save up $60 %26amp; buy Assassins Creed 2.Assassin's Creed 2 or Dragon Age: Origins?
definately assassins creed 2

Should i buy dragon age origins and the DLC or starcraft 2?
Like what Draco said, it really depends on what you prefer. I own both the games but if you were to buy Dragon Age, I think you meant Dragon Age II not Origins. Dragon Age is kind of a mix of RPG and action and you can actually pause the game and order what character should do what skills so I would say Dragon Age is kind of for people who want to slowly plan what to do. The graphics for Dragon Age Origins are really a bit weird but Dragon Age II has improved a lot. The storyline is really a bit hard to understand in Origins but Dragon Age II has a storyline thats quite easy to understand, although Dragon Age II has a really short one. The DLC's for Origins finished with the Witch Hunt (confirmed) but Dragon Age II's DLCs are just getting started. StarCraft 2 is a really fast paced game, you need to think fast and try not waste your resources. The game is kind of like rock-paper-scissors, one type of unit can defeat this other unit while it loses to a different one. StarCraft 2's storyline is a bit awkward if you didn't understand the first game and its really hard to go on multiplayer. The people on multiplayer mode are so good that you would lose within 5 minutes if your unlucky. The graphics for this game are really impressive, so impressive that most computers has to lower the settings in order to play it.....
Personally I liked Dragon Age Origins/II better then StarCraft 2. DA2 and DAO had different ways to finish the games by playing again and choosing different options but if you play StarCraft 2 twice you've done mostly every different options. I would give up multiplayer mode in SC2 for a longer storyline any day. Hope you'll be satisfied with the game you choose, mate.Should i buy dragon age origins and the DLC or starcraft 2?
Dragon Age: Origins carries a great deal of expectations. Big-budget RPGs are becoming rarer and rarer in this world of social gaming, online piracy, and console games that require multimillion-dollar development budgets.Should i buy dragon age origins and the DLC or starcraft 2?
depends what you prefer.
Dragon age: great story line and graphics, okay game play, no multiplayer
SCII:Strategy game, okay story line, tons of multiplayer

Should I play Dead Space 2, even though I'm still doing a playthrough of Dragon Age: Origins?
I just got Dead Space 2, and I really want to play it. I'm currently playing Dragon Age: Origins, but it's the 4th time I'm playing it. I'm also planning on playing Dragon Age Origins: Awakening for the second time, Golems of Amgarrak (DLC) for the second time, and Witch Hunt (DLC) for the first time. Honestly, I doing this playthrough of Dragon Age: Origins in preparation for Dragon Age 2, so I can import the save data I want. I deleted all of the other characters from my other 3 playthroughs. So, should I keep playing Dragon Age: Origins, or play Dead Space 2?Should I play Dead Space 2, even though I'm still doing a playthrough of Dragon Age: Origins?
Dead Space 2 single player campaign lasts only like 12-13 hours, I'm sure you can take out some time to finish it.
Dragon Age 2 is coming in March so I'm sure you have plenty of time.
I myself was playing Mass effect 2 on PS3 and was thinking of finishing it and then play DS2 but the game is so awesome, just can't wait.

Mass Effect 2 or Dragon Age Origins?
Okay well my Birthday is this coming Friday the 15th (WOOT! Happy Early B-day to me) and my mom is giving me $100 bucks to spend. I was thinking of Pre-Ordering Mass Effect 2 from Gamestop because of the bonus. I mean c'mon Gamestop gives the best bonuses. I'm kinda looking for a RPG kinda thing, I'm getting kinda bored of shooting games, I recently Pre-Ordered Divinity 2: Ego Draconis from Gamestop. I'm playing it now and I love it, but I still can't compare it to Dragon Age Origins. I'm live right now If anyones wants to add me (Xbox Live). Just asking for opinions because I can't decide........ wahhh!!! *sob*
Arigato In Advance :DMass Effect 2 or Dragon Age Origins?
I played DA....Didn't like it cause it's just not my genre.
Go with Mass Effect 2
Tough choice. I know next to nothing about Dragon Age Origins except that it is a cool looking game. I would stick with ME2 if you have played the first. I'd get ultra pissed if I accidently heard anything about this game (especially the suicide mission) before I got to play it. Plus, I wanna see if Liara is in game or not. If not, I might just have to go for the crazy babe...
Ahem! Anyways, I say go for ME2, then play DAO later.Mass Effect 2 or Dragon Age Origins?
I REALLY enjoyed Dragon Age.
It has 60+ hours of solid gameplay, so it'd take you a while to get through.
Not to mention, the graphics are great, and the characters banter is usually pretty silly.
You could probably almost afford both of them with $100.
It depends, dragon age is about folklore and mass effect 2 is a sci-fi drama.
If you don't have oblivion then you should get and it shouldn't be more than 40 for all the expansions.Mass Effect 2 or Dragon Age Origins?
Dragon Age Origins is an amazing game.
I absolutely loved it -- all freakin' 90+ hours it took me to beat it.
However...
I am in Mass Effect 2 hype mode... God, I'm counting down the days til January 26th.
Dragon age was absolutely fantastic, but it will not come anywhere close to Mass Effect 2.
I'm playing DA:O right now and I've pre-ordered Mass Effect 2.
Dude, I gotta tell you: you have to find a way to get both.
MASS EFFECT 2.
Dragon Age for me but its mostly opinion
Too easy. Mass Effect 2 Hands down.
Well, it all depends do you like games with high tech weapons or games with Sword fighting?
ME2. How is this a serious question?

Modern Warfare 2, Dragon Age Origins, or a Wii?
So for christmas this year I can get either of the following, also I have an Xbox 360 right now (Big xbox fan):
Modern Warfare 2
Dragon Age Origins
Wii with Resident evil or House fo the dead (classics :D)
The reason I chose to put MW2 on the list was because I loved the COD series and I'm into the war games but tired of WWII games.
The other reason I put Dragon Age on there was because I used to play World of Warcraft and still a big fan of Blizzard and WoW. So You can say I like the RTS and MMORPG games as well.
The Wii because, hey it's fun, plus I can get the new Super MArio game and classics etc. I grew up as a Nintendo fan. and still am.
Note: I am a Playstation and Sony fan as well, So you can't say I'm a hater because this game war is kinda like the Cold war. They try to race to see who gets the highest buyers and players, and I don't care, I got my own life.
Arigato In advance ^-^Modern Warfare 2, Dragon Age Origins, or a Wii?
Get a Wii. Its the best of the 3 by far. Plus, it went down in price, recently. :) You can get the great games like Mario, Super Smash Brawl, etc. COD is overrated. Not sure about Dragon Age, that might be good too. But I've heard mixed reviews. The people who say the Wii sucks are the ones who've never played one.
My personal opinion:
The 10 commandments for game developers:
3. Thou shalt not make a game for the Wii.
My best friend recently got a massive plasma tv. He then sold his Wii because he couldn't see. The resolution was THAT BAD. Buy a XBOX360 or PC.I personally wont buy MW2 because you cant mod it, so Dragon Age is probably my choice. I have heard some good things about that game.
PS: Pick one, Xbox360 (better graphics) or PC (More keys to bind stuff to)Modern Warfare 2, Dragon Age Origins, or a Wii?
A lot of people don't realize that there are some amazing tools out there to help you build up your World of Warcraft account. It doesn't matter if you are looking to level up faster or if you are trying generate gold to buy new elite armor.
Get Modern Warfare 2, it is amazing!! Ima also get it for Christmas, but for computer. I have CoD modern warfare now and it is really good, but I bet COD modern warfare 2 is epic %26gt;%26gt; Gimme!!Modern Warfare 2, Dragon Age Origins, or a Wii?
Dude so go with mw2. It is the best fps game so far. I was just posting a question on here about it. LOL. I would have to say I don't think a game will top it in 2010. Unless the mw3 comes out. Let me put it this way. My brother saw the game at my house and then the next day went and bought a ps3 and mw2 just to play it. Now he has played my cod4 and my cod5 and liked them but not enough to purchase a ps3. This game is bitchen
That is what i would do.

Is Dragon Age: Origins closer to Baldur's Gate (1/2) or Neverwinter Knights?
Dragon Age: Origins is supposed to be a "spiritual successor" to the Baldur's Gate series. I love Baldur's Gate 1 %26amp; 2, and would probably enjoy Dragon Age: Origins if it feels similar. However, I did not enjoy Neverwinter Knights. For me, it was too repetitive and linear, and lacked the charm (characters, quests, environments, etc.) of Baldur's Gate 1 %26amp; 2.
My question: Is Dragon Age: Origins more similar to the Baldur's Gate games, or Neverwinter Knights? (BTW, this is regarding the PC version.)Is Dragon Age: Origins closer to Baldur's Gate (1/2) or Neverwinter Knights?
It's a lot more like Baldur's gate. You have more freedom to define your character and interact with the world and NPCs than neverwinter.

just a place some where in auckland shops, (not online)Where could i buy dragon ball origins 2 ?
Well I don't know where 'auckland shops' is but I bought my game at Wal-Mart and it was a pretty decent price. It was around $30 or $25 plus taxes, it's a great game but it's a little difficult at times.

How long in hours is Overlord 2, dragon age origins, fallout 3 and borderlands?
Pssh. Let me think. For dragon age, it took at least 100 hours. It was long game. I didnt even complete all the companion side quests, or the "messenger-boy" quests.
Overlord 2 can be completed in under 24 hours.
Fallout 3 took FOREVER. i played the game like 5 hours a day for like 3 months. Of course I'm not what you'd call a "hardcore gamer." But I did beat all the side quests. I'm never going to play that game again.
Borderlands was over 100 hours. DAO length. How long in hours is Overlord 2, dragon age origins, fallout 3 and borderlands?
raymonds figures are fairly accurate but fallout3 is really short to complete 100% only took roughly 30 hours. they just dont hardly make good long games anymore :\ they make long games and good games but rarely anymore do u get a good long game tho these are examples that this might be changing for the better again

Dragon age origins or Dragon age 2?
Hello guys, okay, dilemma... I was thinking about what to get, Dragon Age Origins special edition, which comes with all additional content, by that meaning awakening and all the DLC(for xbox 360 btw). But i would also be wanting Dragon Age 2, which as we know isnt out until march. Some side info, i have Dragons Age Origins for the PC but my pc isnt designed for gaming, thus i have to have the graphics to the bare minimum, but i can have textures maxed. Also have all the promo items for pc. By that, i mean... i have every single piece of content released for origins on the PC.Dragon age origins or Dragon age 2?
This one is the best xbox game. i also like this game.
Dragon Age: Origins
Product Features
Platform: Xbox 360 | Edition: Standard
- Scalable combat options that let you decide the level of control you have over your party, including NPCs. Issue orders, set your own tactical AI, or take control of any party member to lead the charge.Dragon age origins or Dragon age 2?
If you played on your PC, then get part 2.
If you haven't, start with part 1.
But remember, that in part 2 you can connect the game with a save from part 1 which can change the outcome of some of the things in the game.Dragon age origins or Dragon age 2?
i would recommend going for dao due to the story line
some of the story will cross paths with dao 2

Can I redeem the code for the blood dragon armor in mass effect 2 or do I need dragon age origins?
There is no blood dragon armor in mass effect 2. Why would you think you could use a code for one game in another? Can I redeem the code for the blood dragon armor in mass effect 2 or do I need dragon age origins?
I believe you do have to have DA:Origins to get the code, of you could find someone who has the game but didn't use thier code for ME2..Can I redeem the code for the blood dragon armor in mass effect 2 or do I need dragon age origins?
From Experience.
I Bought Dragon Age Origins and got a postcard with a 25 Digit or so Code. You input the Code through Redeem Code with your Xbox. Download the Add-on and Play game.
You can get the game, get the code and return the game (without the code). You don't have to keep the game. Can I redeem the code for the blood dragon armor in mass effect 2 or do I need dragon age origins?
I only have DA:O, but I've seen the offer in front of the manual, SO, I'm assuming you need DA:O

Are dragon age origins and dragon age 2 at the same time?
I just finished dragon age origins and all the DLC/campaigns and I've moved onto dragon age 2 and I'm just trying to get into kirkwall but from the story just now it seems like the blight in dragon age 2 is the same one from dragon age origins? They mentioned all the wardens died at ostagar and flemeth said not quite and they're just escaping from lothering just now just like what happened when the blight attacked lothering early on in the game on dragon age origins.
Thanks ;)Are dragon age origins and dragon age 2 at the same time?

Dragon Age: Origins vs. Dragon Age 2?
I played Dragon Age Origins and thought it was a great game, I actually played it twice one with a Rogue and another with a Mage. Then I got DA2, I thought it was great how to links in with the Original but it didn't really feel like Dragon Age, if any game I would compare it to Command and Conquer simply because my companions never went with the tactics I placed for them, so I was literately playing 4 characters at once. Yeah it was a great game and all but the Storyline wasn't as great as Origins, and you talked in this one... But for some reason other little things disappointed me about it, like how they changed the way Alistair, Leliana? I think that is how you spelt it, and Zevran looked different, just slight facial changes disappointed me I know it's sad. The game also got my hopes up as during the Qunari invasion I killed Sten, which I thought was great up until I killed another Sten. I played this game on Casual but I still found it hard even during small fights with 1 or 2 mobs of Slavers, most likely because of the tactics problem but when I played Origins I got to about level 8-10ish and owned everything that got in my way, well probably after getting the ash from the urn, as I murdered the High Dragon there after I came out, which was a problem on DA2, not much of a problem because I actually found it fun but, why was the High Dragon so hard to kill? I actually had more trouble with that than the Archdemon in Origins? and I had about 100 of these potion things that healed and refilled stamina and mana. WTF?
But aside from what I have typed, both are good games but I heard that people like DA2 better? How? I found it almost unbearably frustrating even on Casual difficulty! Which did you guys and gals prefer?Dragon Age: Origins vs. Dragon Age 2?
I think the storyline was better in origins, but the overall polish on DA2 made me really love that game. Origins had great oldschool gameplay, and a really in depth storyline, but the brilliant character interaction and graphics on DA2 makes that game probably preferable to me. Yes, the overall storyline was weaker, and I felt that you didn't get as close to the characters as you did in origins, but it had more of the cinematic polish that you'd expect from a big bioware game.Dragon Age: Origins vs. Dragon Age 2?
i thought origins was better in the action department but dragon age 2 was better with the storyline. i think it just depends on what games you like.Dragon Age: Origins vs. Dragon Age 2?
Origins, by far.
DA2 was a fun game, but it lacked the great compelling plot that most Bioware games have become known for. None of the characters seemed important, and when one left my side, died , or whatever...I didn't care. In Origins, the characters were far more interesting and I actually cared about them. I also disliked that they dumbed the entire way of storytelling down, and as a result restricted the way you could choose to play your character.

Which game is better Dragon Age: Origins or Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2?
i really like games like Fable and thats how Dragon Age: Origins is but i also like FPS and i beat Modern Warfare 2 and dont have XBOX LIVE yet for itWhich game is better Dragon Age: Origins or Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2?
Call of Duty : Modern Warfare 2 :)Which game is better Dragon Age: Origins or Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2?
Well everyone will say MW2, but it depends on what you like.
Dragon Age:
-Long, immersive single player (60+ hrs per playthrough)
-Great story
-Fantasy/medival setting
-Role playing (choose your fate)
-Great replayability (6 different origins, main story can be altered drastically)
-No multiplayer
Call of duty:
-Short, intense single player
-Best for multiplayer (great online fan base, might be the best multiplayer game out there)
-Better graphics
-Unrealistic story
-Co-op mode (Spec Ops)
It really comes down to if you want a deep single-player game with an amazing story or a primarily multiplayer game with quick, intense action.
I would choose Dragon Age: Origins because of the amount of time you can put into it. In MW2, you will eventually get bored of just shooting people online. But it is still a great game none the less. If you can get both, I would. But otherwise, I would go Dragon Age first.
Also, if you have played Call of Duty 4, MW2 is very similar in play style. Mass Effect is made by the same developer (Bioware) as Dragon Age, which is the "spiritual successor to Baulder's Gate 2."Which game is better Dragon Age: Origins or Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2?
...eeh neither
dragon age is a much longer game then call of duty 6 so go with that if you like baldurs gate 2 v9
definetly call of duty modern warfare 2

if you play in casual it will be easy
in normal just focus
in hard spend time making strategy and has no friendly fire
in nightmare spend time praying and has friendly fireIs dragon age 2 easier than origins?
It is easier on casual or normal modes and combat is much more enjoyable. But, I think the big boss battles are more challenging in DA2.death certificates rachel zoe collection

Can a MacBook Pro 15 with 2.8 GHz, 4 GB RAM, 500GB HD, Nvidia 9600M GT play Dragon Age: Origins for Mac?
Dragon Age: Orgins was just released for Mac - I'm not really a computer guy and I really don't understand a lot of that stuff they say for requirements. I just bought this computer like 2 weeks ago to.Can a MacBook Pro 15 with 2.8 GHz, 4 GB RAM, 500GB HD, Nvidia 9600M GT play Dragon Age: Origins for Mac?
Hey there, that is a very high spec laptop, I have the same one.
It will definitely run the game. You should be able to run it on full settings!
Problem is, I ordered the game yesterday and my activation code won't work. I contacted EA support and they said the servers with bioware aren't yet working. Just to give you a heads up in-case you get the game and it won't let you register.

Are these specs good enough to play mass effect 2 and dragon age origins?
Graphics card: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650
Processor: Intel Core i5 430M(2.26GHz)Are these specs good enough to play mass effect 2 and dragon age origins?
From my experience the 5650 is more of a high end graphics card, so that one is in. On the processor, I'm not entirely sure...but I do believe it will run both games. Also, if you go to store.steampowered.com and search those games it will give you minimum specs.

Which game is better Dragon Age Origins or Assassins Creed 2?
dragon age was awesome, i was suprised with it. It looked kinda stupid to me but i loved it.
AC2 you can't tell at this point, its not even out yet.Which game is better Dragon Age Origins or Assassins Creed 2?
assassin's creed 2 isn't even out yet. to judge now would be stupid and pointless.

Which is better- Dragon Age: Origins or Fable 2?
Im going to get one and i want to know which is better. I used to play Runescape, if any of the games are like that. I like to be able to customize and choose what i want to do in the game. Which would be better?Which is better- Dragon Age: Origins or Fable 2?
Well i've recently purchased Fable 2 myself, in my opinion great game!
You have Primary Quests, or the Main story, plus you can get extra quests while playing, like rescuing slaves, assassinating people, or even posing as a model so a statue can be put up in a town, as well as this you can start your own family, or purchase shops and houses to earn loads of money!
You can play as a Male or Female, which is great for male/female players, and you have a dog that follows you and helps you to find treasure!
You always have the choice of changing your appearance, visiting clothes shops, buying Inks to change the colours of your clothes, or you can have beards or make-up, or different hairstyles!
A great game in my opinion, i have about 100 hours play already! I can't give an opinion of Dragon Age, but Fable 2 is excellent!Which is better- Dragon Age: Origins or Fable 2?
fable 2 is thebetter game
its at least not the umpteenth rehash of baldurs gates game play mechanicsWhich is better- Dragon Age: Origins or Fable 2?
Fable 2 is way better than Dragon Age. Dragon age sucked, I'm about to turn mine in for the credit but we're keeping Fable 2.
Fable 2 :)

Dragon Age: Origins vs. Dragon Age 2?
I didn't play Dragon Age: Origins, but already passed half of the dragon age 2... Dragon age 2 is an awsome game, so i thought the first one will be as good. But when i lunched first one i didn't liked it at all... i dont know, may be because it is just he beggining. but i really did not like it. So is dragon age: origins as good as second one?Dragon Age: Origins vs. Dragon Age 2?
It would be best to look at the strengths and weaknesses of both games. Dragon age 2 improved upon the core gameplay mechanics and the story elements, whereas the overall storyline of the original was superior and gave the player far more control over events than you have in it's predecessor. Combat in Dragon Age 2 is more fast pace, fluid, and impressive looking than the first game. Whereas in the first game a mage will just point a staff at a guy and shoot bolts of energy, the Mage in Dragon Age 2 works his staff like a shoalin monk, so to speak. That being said, the story and characters of the first game are superior. In the second game you are stuck on a roller coaster going through a series of events you have no control over. Important story events will happen in a specific order regardless of how you approach them. Dragon Age Origins gives you control over when key events take place, and allow the player to engage them in the order of his choosing. Character customization is also superior in the first game, letting you play from one of many backgrounds instead of just one. Game balance wise, there are some clear winners over losers when it comes to talent selection more so than the second game. To sum things up, if you want more of the classic rpg experience, go Dragon Age Origins. For more action, go Dragon Age 2.Dragon Age: Origins vs. Dragon Age 2?
Dragon Age: Origins should be played first IMO.Dragon Age: Origins vs. Dragon Age 2?
